Online Registration

REFUND POLICY: All Conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. These requests carry a $25.00 administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted on written requests received no later than February 15, 2025. After February 15, 2025, no refunds will be granted.

Registration for Portfolio Reviews will be available no later than December 1, 2024. Note: Portfolio reviews are non-refundable. When choosing those, please choose these review sessions carefully!

Explanation of Registration Categories
* All student passes require a student ID, presented at the registration desk when picking up the Conference Registration Material.
** Group Rates are limited to 10 (or fewer) people.
*** 2-for-1 rates are only available to those living outside a 500-mile radius of the Conference site, meaning that these rates are not available for those living in the following States: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Late Registration rates go into effect, starting 12:01 am, February 21, 2025.
