Hotels in Boston are very expensive and book very quickly. The rates quoted here were correct as of October 2019, but are subject to change. Please be sure to check each location’s website to confirm their current rates. Again, please reserve a room as soon as possible to get the best rate and to ensure that you have a place to stay. Below are some of the more reasonably priced hotels, conveniently located to the Conference sites. The first 3 hotels offer a discount. The rest are listed in order of their proximity to Colleges of the Fenway, the location of most of the Conference activities.

Accommodations in the Area

The Inn at Longwood Medicalat 342 Longwood Avenue, is a 3-star hotel. Newly renovated, the hotel is a few steps from the Conference site and is conveniently connected to the Longwood Galleria and less than a mile from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. The inn is offering Conference goers a special rate of $249 (exclusive of taxes) as long as standard rooms are available. Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Brookline-Longwood Medical, at 111 Boylston Street, is located just minutes from Boston’s city center. A 5-minute walk takes you to Boston’s MBTA (Green Line subway) Brookline Village stop. The Courtyard Boston Brookline at 40 Webster Street is a 25 minute walk to the Colleges of the Fenway. (There is also the CT2 Bus at Brookline Ave @ Short Street that will drop you off at Hungtington Avenue @ Longwood Ave, which is a one minute walk to the Colleges of the Fenway.) Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline
