Lake House Arts is a local arts and heritage learning center for the North Shore community.
“The Centre comprises three relocated and renovated historic buildings: Lake House and two Fort Cautley Army Barracks from Narrowneck. From within these two buildings, a range of art activities and services are on offer seven days a week. Exhibitions change regularly in the gallery spaces. We offer a comprehensive arts education program for adults and children in line with the four school terms as well as weekend workshops, school holiday classes and our ART Experience program for Schools. Lake House is an ideal venue to hold small seminars, corporate team-building days, book or product launches, and has plenty of parking, an onsite cafe and is in close proximity to Auckland City and the Akoranga Bus station. Lake House has 5 classroom spaces which are also venue hire studios, 2 exhibitions galleries, outdoor sculptures and beautiful grounds and gardens for picnics or outdoor events.”
