HELLO WORLD 2020: “’Moving,’” the artist writes, “has happiness, sadness and anxiety. ‘Moving’ is very important in order to share my message with people.”

Tomoyuki Noda, a graduate of M.F.A. graduate of Osaka University of Arts, was born and lives in Japan and has been making kinetic art for twenty-five years.
