Maggie Stark “This giclée pigment print is part
of an ongoing series of photograms titled Night Light begun
in 2005,” Stark
writes. “ The image in this print was created from a construction
of scientific glassware, glass rods, fiberglass and gels. Light is manipulated
to simultaneously delineate and dissolve the forms of constructions created
from the scientific glassware, glass rods, fiberglass and gels. As the
light passes through these constructions, the resulting shadows are recorded
onto the photographic paper.” |
