First a painter, now a computer web and interactive designer, I see myself as an artist-in-general. In recent years my work has connected my consciousness of technology with a personal-scale tactility which is often expressed in domestic materials. When I am in "computer think" mode it is not so different from sorting buttons, repeating patterns, or managing the complexities of an elaborate "women's work" object.
